Music for Absolute - The music is being composed by Cesar nominated composer Gerard Torikian. Whilst Londonmark films were in his studio we also had the opportunity to conduct an unique and rare interview whilst he was working on the music for Absolute.
ABSOLUTE - Behind the scenes
An exclusive behind the scenes film in association with Ed Thomas from Doubleshot who filmed and edited this on behalf of the Production. This film includes rare footage and interviews from recent shooting in central London. Our thanks to Ed who has created this wonderful behind the scenes film.
Director Mark Dawson - On the set of 'Absolute'
We shot on the thames in London in a stunning location overlooking the river for a flat setting for Absolute. Our Gaffer Frank Usher and his team set to work on lighting this with equipment provided by Panalux. Our DoP Stephen Murphy delivered some of the most visually striking images to screen.
We shot on Red One Cameras and 24/7 Drama provided all the camera equipment. The camera can be seen flanked by the camera crew at the Meza Bar on Wardour street in London. We filled it with 25 extras and 23 crew members!
Iwyn Reynolds done a fantastic job keeping everything in focus as our focus puller for the shoot of Absolute.
Stephen Murphy - highly respected DP who will shoot this film. His credits are very impressive - check out his website.

Birgit Ludwig - acclaimed European actress Birgit Ludwig will be playing the lead actress role for Absolute.
She is a very talented actress and has starred in number of roles including L'Ete Indien by Alain Raoust and Don't Touch The Axe by Jacques Rivette and many more.

Matthew Patnick - Will be heading up production of Absolute.
He started his career at the BBC, gaining experience on a range of dramas including 'HOLDING ON', 'VANITY FAIR' and 'BETWEEN THE LINES', after setting up and line producing the first series of the hugely successful 'WAKING THE DEAD'
Matthew left the BBC and became a freelance Line Producer. He has worked on a variety of high-profile dramas for all the major broadcasters and his credits include 'TEACHERS' 'FINAL DEMAND' 'AUF WIEDERSEHEN, PET' and 'HOTEL BABYLON'
He has extensive experience of low-budget and high-budget drama and has worked abroad in countries-Cuba, Dominican Republic and Thailand.
Marcus Catlin - 1st AD for Absolute one of the most experienced 1st AD's in the business. His credits include 'SPOOKS' 'TOUCH OF FROST' 'POIROT' 'HOTEL BABYLON' and the up and coming 'THE DAY OF THE TRIFFIDS'
Below is a photo from another location we were filming that was over looking the thames. On this day we had to deal with wind and rain although for most of the shoot we were lucky but sometimes even in a large location we were at times a little short of space.

Will be scoring the film Absolute - Gerard is a successful French film & TV composer who has worked on many French films. He has worked with Directors including Eric Rochant, Didier Flamand and Paolo Barzman.
Also nominated for a Cesar for his Music for 'Un monde sans pitie'.
Gerard has been prolific over the years and completed scores for a number of films and TV including 'Aux yeux du monde', 'Les patriotes', 'La Vis' and 'Time is money' starring actors Yvan Attal, Kristin Scott Thomas, Charlotte Gainsbourg Charlotte Rampling, Max von Sydow, Martin Landau and Jean Reno.
